Important changes to our operations
At High Q we remain committed to providing you the best customer experience and delivering you the highest quality products, even during these strange times. Outlined below are steps that we are taking to ensure the safety of our staff and customers by providing a clean and safe environment. Shop with confidence, experience the difference, only at High Q.
Focus on Customer Service
- We will NOT allow any customer with a cough or fever to enter the stores
- The first hour is dedicated to people at higher risk
- Older people (over age 60), especially those over 80
- People who have chronic medical conditions like heart, lung, or kidney disease, or diabetes
- Customers are required to wear masks before entering
- masks available to customers who do not have them
- Hand sanitizer is provided for customers and employee use
- We use disinfecting wipes or sprays to clean high-contact surfaces
- We will disinfect all high-contact surfaces and clean bathrooms, kitchen, fulfillment rooms and sales floors daily
- Use the floor markers to keep your distance (6’ apart)
